Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unused handbag in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any included accessories or holsters are securely packed inside.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
